ISO Accreditation
Central Employment Agency achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 1998. Our external assessors BSI conduct regular reviews throughout the year and we are formally audited once a year. In addition we operate a quality control system whereby we seek regular feedback from our clients on the quality of our service and candidates we provide.

Central Employment Agency is a full and active member of the Recruitment and Employment
Confederation. The REC is the governing body of the recruitment industry. We adhere to the REC Code of Good Practice which ensures that members conduct their business ethically and to the highest standards

We encourage our consultants to study with the REC to achieve accreditation in either the Certificate or the Diploma in Recruitment Practice.

Central Employment Agency is an environmentally aware Company and we expect our employees and clients to contribute where possible to protect the environment.

Central Employment Agency acknowledges the Environmental Act 1991 and its associated legislation. More recently we acknowledge the EC directive (2002/96/EC) on the Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE). We will carry out our activities paying particular attention to the effect on the surrounding environment so as not to cause any contamination or danger to others.
