The Recruitment Process...

Assessing a regular flow of candidates enables us to maintain an up to date and fresh candidate database. Assessing and establishing a candidate’s core skills is a
prerequisite.

We utilise a two stage interview process; an initial telephone interview and a face to face competency based interview at our offices.

In addition to the interview process we assess all potential candidates using industry standard software; we have the facility to assess not only office and secretarial skills but hygiene knowledge, numeracy and literacy.

All of our temporary candidates are referenced prior to being deployed.

In addition to standard press and web based advertising we work with carefully selected advertising specialists to deliver bespoke, distinctive and effective advertising campaigns.

Our bespoke response handling systems enable us to track responses in any medium.
