to provide secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and two fee earners. This role will involve volume typing. preparation of bundles, working on large complex documents including extensive tracking and formatting. Other duties will also include letters, reports, diary management and taking accurate telephone messages from clients.
You will need to be able demonstrate experience in a similar role, have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You should have excellent IT skills and accurate typing speeds to a minimum of 60 words per minute. A knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite is desirable.
