Working in a leading hotel in the North East as the Pastry Chef you will be mainly preparing the desserts for the propertises. In the role of Pastry Chef you will have full input on the dessert menu and afternoon teas and will be preparing all ice creams, breads etc from scratch using fresh, local produce.
Requirements:
All candidates applying to this role should have strong Pastry Chef experience .It is important that applicants are capable of bring fresh ideas to the dessert menu that compliment the main menu. You must also have worked high volume banqueting events and fine dining.
