A Sales Lettings Negotiator is required for a busy commercial agents to cover the Tyne & Wear area. Previous experience within commercial lettings is required although extensive residential lettings experience will be considered. This role would involve the marketing of properties via email, telephone and various media sources as well as brining on new business and visiting clients.
Strong sales background is essential as is your ability to bring in new business through making your own leads and seeing them to a successful completion.
You will also be required to prepare property particulars as well as attend exhibitions, assist the regional property managers and deal with a wide range of landlords such as local council and other public bodies. You will have a confident approach and be smart in appearance and will be comfortable when dealing with people at all levels. Company car is provided & salary is negotiable depending on experience, you could earn up to £24,000 per annum.
