We are looking for an experienced AAT Assessor.
Assessor Responsibilities:
To carry out effective initial assessment with all potential learners
To conduct the sign up meeting, preparing paperwork
To induct the learner
To carry out Health and Safety monitoring
To review learners progress at 8 week intervals
To provide guidance and tuition on portfolio building, at one to one meetings or classroom time
Assess the learners work based evidence and portfolio work
To keep the AAT course manager informed about learners
To conduct an evaluation of employers views of the services twice yearly
To prepare course reports for your learners twice yearly
Full driving license and access to own car is essential for this role.
Minimum qualification A1 or equivalent
